What I do
I assist client meet their tax compliance needs (including income tax, GST and capital gains tax) and use this business insight to provide advisory services to help people develop profitable and sustainable businesses. I provide taxation planning, structural and business management advice to meet client’s requirements.
I work predominately with small business owners, in industries such as building and construction, professional services, hospitality and manufacturing.
I put emphasis on developing personal, long term relationships with my clients and thoroughly enjoy seeing them meet their goals, whether they be financial, or lifestyle related.
Why I do this
I always wanted a career in sport but quickly realised that this was not a good long-term plan! I always had an interest in business, finance and people so commenced a commerce degree.
Having worked within a number of different accounting firms, I developed an understanding of what I thought would make a good practice. I have applied these philosophies into my own business. I now provide a valuable holistic accounting option to my clients and get great enjoyment out of this.
Who I am
A family man and sports enthusiast. I have three young children, twins Harry and Margo (3) and Nina (1). I am extremely grateful to be able to spend time with them and my wife Sam every day. Outside of that, I am passionate about most sports, particularly AFL (Geelong) and cycling, and still try to ride my bike most days.
